"BAD COMPANY ", IS A DIFFICULT SONG, THAT LOOKS EASY. ITS A THREE CHORD SONG, BUT ITS THE TIMING THATS DIFFICULT. IT HELPS TO CONSISTENTLY PLAY ALONG WITH THE RECORDING, UNTIL YOU GET THE TIMING CORRECT.
