Not Franks Key
7/29/2013 6:05:24 PMFrank Sinatra sang this in the key of F, which is just that much better for bass-baritone range, and simpler music to read and play.

A song Im delighted to rediscover and play, after 45 years!7/3/2015 12:34:14 PMWhat a pleasure to find this arrangement! I first heard this haunting song forty-five years ago in a French class (the title was Un Monde Avec Toi, translated as A World With You. You can hear several artists on YouTube performing that version, although its hard to find anyone who sings this difficult melody as faithfully as Frank Sinatra did). I may elaborate a bit upon this arrangement (adding a subtle riff or two during quieter measures, to keep up the 6/8 motion), but Im just delighted to have it as a baseline. Thank you so much!
