Please credit Composer in song title
4/2/2016 5:30:42 PMThe songs often list Title and the artist (or one of them) who popularized a song. So we have generations of people who may tell their audience that they are singing "Spring Can Really Hang You Up The Most" by Ella Fitzgerald, when in fact the song was composed by Tommy Wolf, lyrics by Fran Landesman. Its an important distinction. A great example is "Over the Rainbow". Its not by Eva Cassidy, but there certainly is an arrangement that captures her performance of the Arlen/Harburg song.
