Most of the song is at the high intermediate level of difficulty, partly due to the strong sense of rhythm/timing that is needed to play this song exactly like the recorded (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers) song; the guitar outro at the end is even more difficult, especially if one is playing the bass part, as well (e.g., for keyboard players), as there are a bunch of fast consecutive notes (The Heartbreakers Mike Campbell absolutely nails this guitar solo, as usual), with a more-than-simple bass line going on at the same time.
