The best arrangement Ive seen for piano and voice3/13/2015 5:41:35 PMAside from the fact that Giulio Caccini didnt really write this (it was written around 1970 by Vladimir Vasilov and deliberately attributed to the late Renaissance composer. It has become a popular piece among crossover and classical singers, and this arrangement for piano and voice by Nicolas Palmer is absolutely gorgeous. It is also NOT really a transcription of the version by Hayley Westenra (and if you popped this up under her name and want HER version, you should know that). This is also a "Singer Pro" arrangement, so dont expect the vocal line to be in the accompaniment. Other than that, another one of my favorite arrangements from Musicnotes.

Not what I was expecting...9/9/2015 4:58:16 PMI purchased this sheet music because I was asked to sing at a loved ones funeral service. I spent days looking for the music to Hayley Westenras Ave Maria or Sumi Jos arrangement and thought I had found it. I wish the preview had played just a few measures more so I could have gotten a better idea. Its beautiful but just not what I was looking for. I will definitely use it one day.
