Taylor, the Latte Boy

I was looking for the music to "Taylor, the Latte Boy" because my sister loved the Kristin Chenoweth recording and wanted to sing the song. She was thrilled that I found her the exact arrangement that she loved and she did not have to learn a new arrangement. This fun little song spins a humorous twist on harmless infatuation, and the recicitive style lends itself to individual interpretation for the best effect.

Review of "Taylor the Latte Boy" sung by Kristen Chenoweth

Wonderful song if you are looking for something that is different and the audience will remember! I chose this piece because I was looking for something very different from my normal selections. This was a slightly more difficult piece to memorize however once you get "into" the song it becomes easier. I think the most challenging part of this song was getting the emotions and characters down however this is a great start working on techniques like that. The arrangement was very well done and allowed room for improvisation to make it unique. The accompanist part added so much more to the feel of the piece and was very wisely done. Overall a wonderful selection!

Mad about Taylor!!

I loved this song the moment I heard it sung at a high school talent show 2 years ago, now I'm using it as an audition piece, and I would highly recommend it to anyone else. Not only is it fun to sing, and full of personality, but the range is excellent. It is challenging, don't underestimate it, but it does a great job of showing off your voice. Plus, who hasn't gone into starbucks and fallen in love with the latte boy?

DLing and printing this music was exactly what I hoped for, I just found it a little expensive seeing as this song is the same price for me to print as in a store, however it is super convenient to just print it off at home...
