Definitely transpose!

Regardless of what the overview says C major is not the original key in which the song is sung in the film. Now if you really want to go for the gusto then by all means stick with that key but if youre an alto youll definitely want to transpose it down a couple keys.

Im fairly certain that Bette Midler just sang this an octave down in the movie. No need to transpose.
