Michael Card's Song "Joseph's Song"11/15/2007 7:45:17 PMThe song covers an aspect of Christ's incarnation that is rarely covered. Joseph, not being Christ's literal father must surely have been overwhelmed at times with the enormity of what God had done in his and Mary's life. M. Card's song captures the idea perfectly, in my opinion.

Beautiful Piece12/13/2010 2:45:12 PMI needed to find this music for my churchs Christmas program that I am directing. I first off appreciated that I could download just this song from MusicNotes since the only other place I could find it was in a book that I didnt need. It is a fairly simple arrangement that can be easily sight-read by anyone probably intermediate level or above. It is also fairly simple to sing to, which worked well for my teenage cast. There are a couple spots in it that dont seem to mesh that great with the vocals, but its not a big deal: a simple change to the beat of those measures solves any spots that may be a little off-sounding to some. Overall, this is a fantastic piece with a beautiful arrangement.
