Amazing song, could-be-better arrangement.

I love this song from "Thoroughly Modern Millie", and the tune is well-kept by this arrangement. However, the piano contains the melody line, which I HATE. It seems like people who do this in their arrangements are using it as a cheap gimmick to make the piano accompaniment a stand-alone piece, which it most certainly is not with this song. Nonetheless, I find that it is somewhat loyal to the feel of the piece, and thus, I like it a lot.

Used this for an audition. I loved being able to practice with the accompaniment and being able to try out different keys. Worked perfectly! Fun piece and great for a spunky/character audition. Could be a belty alto piece or a powerful mezzo piece depending on key

Weird rhythms and word inaccuracies.

Anyone who knows the original Sutton Foster version of this song will be quite confused by some of the rhythms which are not accurate to the Broadway recording. A few of the words have been changed as well. Its not a bad arrangement per-say but its not what I was expecting based on the Broadway recording.
