Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen7/13/2017 6:43:52 PMA gorgeously simple arrangement of a classic piece. Some sections were awkward and felt wrong, but once played over a couple times, I grew to love them. I soon after realized this was a very tasteful touch because it would have been boring playing the same thing over and over again. The beginning is a bit slow, but the key change really adds to the song. Unlike the original song, this arrangement builds constantly, which is very nice. Its easy to get lost in this song (in a good way), and it really helps build the players skills. This is the kind of piece that shows pianists what putting emotions into music really means. Another one for the books, Leonard Cohen!
